CoachHub, the global talent development startup, inaugurated its newly-constructed APAC Regional headquarters in Singapore and plans to expand its APAC team. The company has more than 400 coaches throughout this region. It has been working with local professional HR associations recruiting for jobs in APAC for a few months and has been looking for more partnerships with local coaches.
With its headquarters in Berlin, CoachHub has been expanding internationally for a while now. The new APAC expansion comes immediately after the purchase of the coaching division of the Austrian consulting firm Klaiton this month and just a little over six months after it grew its operations into Australia. Before the Klaiton purchase last September, CoachHub had also acquired the French digital coaching platform MoovOne.
It has raised USD$110 million in Series B capital so far, and the majority of it is going towards its expansion into international markets.
Tim MacCartney, Senior Vice President of CoachHub APAC, said: "With the working environment constantly changing as the COVID-19 epidemic continues to spread, the importance of coaching is more crucial than ever to educate and assist employees so that they can realize their maximum potential. We are thrilled to be officially opening our doors here in APAC with our head office in Singapore, and we look forward to working closely with regional businesses in upskilling their workforces."
