Marni Helfand’s Professional Overview

Marni brings over 20 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience spanning human resources, legal counsel, and business strategy. Prior to joining LevelBlue, she served as General Counsel and CHRO at The Planet Group for more than seven years, where she led global HR and legal operations across consulting and staffing functions. Before that, she was Assistant General Counsel at a publicly traded consulting firm, advising on employment law, litigation, and M&A activities. Her earlier roles include serving as Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of HR at Hudson, where she led integrated legal and HR initiatives for more than seven years. She began her career as a labor and employment attorney, gaining foundational expertise in workplace law and policy.
