Deepak Martin has become Chief Human Resources Officer, at Lummus Technology, a global provider of process technologies and value-driven energy solutions. In his new role, Martin will oversee all aspects of Lummus' human resources, including talent management, global HR operations, recruitment, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.

Before joining Lummus, Martin led human resources for the Clean Energy & Fueling segment at Dover Corporation, where he supported 6,000 employees across 30 countries. His leadership experience spans global roles, where he has developed expertise in integrating organizational culture, processes, and systems, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. He holds a bachelor's degree from Baldwin Methodist College and a master's degree in business administration and human resources from the University of Wales.
