Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd., one of India's leading float glass manufacturers, has appointed Satya Narayan Maharana as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The appointment strengthens the company's leadership team as it continues to expand its operations and advance its position within India's manufacturing sector.

In his new role, Maharana will be responsible for leading the company's people strategy, talent management, organizational development, HR transformation initiatives, and workforce excellence programs. Professional Background

Before joining Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd., Maharana served as General Manager – HR at Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. (IMFA), where he led initiatives across talent acquisition, total rewards, leadership development, HR digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier, he was Vice President, Product at Benepik, driving technology-enabled employee engagement and rewards solutions. He also spent nearly nine years in HR leadership roles at Haier Appliances India and over seven years at HCL Technologies, managing HR operations, workforce transformation, and talent strategies across India, ASEAN, and Middle Eastern markets.

Known for his work in HR transformation, HR technology, and organizational effectiveness, Maharana brings a broad range of experience to Gold Plus Glass Industry.
