Chelsea began her career with Olympic Steel in 2011 as a Human Resources Administrator at the Mount Sterling, Kentucky facility. By 2013, Chelsea had transitioned into a dual role as Human Resources & Safety Representative, and in 2015, she was promoted to Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, where she led recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent. In the following year, Chelsea advanced to Senior Corporate HR Manager, a position she held for over nine years.
As Director of Human Resources, Chelsea will draw on her extensive experience to lead Olympic Steel’s HR strategy with a focus on building a dynamic and inclusive workplace. She plans to enhance talent acquisition and development, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure alignment between HR initiatives and Olympic Steel’s strategic goals.
