Chelsea’s expertise in workday integration, active listening, and vendor relations will strengthen Takeya USA’s HR operations, ensuring seamless processes and effective employee engagement.
Chelsea’s career began at Simple Green, where she spent over 11 years as Director of Human Resources, implementing strategic initiatives that drove talent retention and enhanced productivity. She has served as Human Resources Consultant at Human Resource Loft, Human Capital Director at Beacon Pointe, and VP of HR at ACM. Her career also includes leadership roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters and Simple Green, where she enhanced talent retention and productivity.
