As time has passed, the priorities and aspirations of millennials and Gen Zs have evolved. Traveling the world and broadening their horizons is their top desire, closely followed by getting more money in the bank and then by buying their own homes. They believe businesses/employers and educational institutions must prepare workers for Industry 4.0, and propose to seek new employment in the near future in the pursuit of better financial rewards and career advancement opportunities. Millennials, however, outrace Gen Zs in their belief in the virtues of the gig economy, though not by much. The majority of both groups agrees that they would do well to spend less time on social media.
