With more than 20 years of experience, Acquelia is recognized for leading large-scale HR transformation and shaping high-performing organizations through strategic people leadership. In her new role, Colaco will align people initiatives with business priorities and support the company’s international expansion. Her mandate includes strengthening hiring strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and improving organizational effectiveness as XBP Global expands its digital and operational footprint.
Colaco brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a track record of leading large-scale HR functions across industries such as retail, technology, analytics, and financial services. She has worked with organizations managing workforces ranging from 5,000 to more than 15,000 employees, driving HR transformation and supporting business growth through workforce modernization and capability development. Prior to joining XBP Global, she was associated with Tesco Business Solutions, where she led colleague experience initiatives covering employee engagement, leadership development, and people services. She worked closely with senior leadership and supported multiple business functions, including finance, product, analytics, and solution design.
Earlier, she held senior HR roles at Infosys, including Senior Unit Manager – BPHR. Her career also includes positions at IBM Global Process Services and RNDsoft, where she built expertise in HR operations, business partnering, and organizational development across multi-country environments.
