Andreia de Melo Cabral joins Bionical Emas as Chief People Officer

Global Clinical Research Organization (CRO) with offices in the US, Europe, and Australia, Bionical Emas has appointed Andreia De Melo Cabral to be the company's first Chief People Officer (CPO).

Andreia's first goal is to aid in developing and implementing an integrated company culture across the organization to help support the company's long-term sustainability and operational excellence.

Jonathan Waring-Hughes, the Chief Executive Officer of Bionical Emas, says, "With her vast experience and expertise in the sector and international knowledge, Andreia has an important role as she is focusing on a variety of initiatives across the globe to help us achieve the next phase of our exciting development."

Andreia brings a wide variety of international experience; she has held senior HR management positions at privately-owned and publicly traded businesses that operate across the EU, Africa, Middle East, in addition to the US. Recently, she worked for TFS Health Sciences, a global CRO, as the EVP HR, Talent Acquisition and Marketing & Communications.

With over 200 employees, Bionical Emas continues to grow and improve the leadership of its team. Andreia's appointment is just the beginning of a series of appointments to senior positions, as the company looks ahead to enhance its executive team's expertise and experience to help support its international growth strategies.
