Monita’s tenure at Ascertus began nearly five years ago as HR & Administration Manager. Her impactful leadership and strategic vision in shaping HR policies and administrative functions have led to her advancement to CHRO. This promotion underscores her significant contributions to Ascertus's growth and success.

Before joining Ascertus, Monita built a distinguished career in executive search as a Consultant at Alderwick Consulting, where she excelled in recruiting high-caliber executives for major corporations and emerging SMEs, advancing leadership diversity and cultural fit. Her previous roles include Administration Officer and Company Secretary at Anchura Partners Services Ltd, where she established critical administrative processes and supported strategic initiatives. Monita also served as Director & Business Manager at Barclays Wealth, and held senior positions at Ambata Capital Partners, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank, gaining extensive expertise in strategic relationship management and administration.
