Dayanna Nunez has recently taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at i-PRO— a global leader in advanced sensing technologies for intelligent surveillance, public safety, and industrial/medical imaging— based in Houston, Texas. In this position, Nunez will lead HR strategies to further i-PRO's mission of advancing public safety, intelligent surveillance, and industrial imaging solutions.
Nunez joined i-PRO after a successful tenure at Emerson Automation Solutions, where she served as Senior Human Resources Manager. Her work was focused on workforce planning, change management, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, which contributed significantly to the company's growth and HR effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Nunez held the position of HR Generalist at Opaa! Food Management, where she led HR initiatives for a workforce of over 3,500 employees. Dayanna’s HR foundation began in managerial roles at Unlimited Prepay Distribution and UPS, where she gained early experience in policy development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design.
