Melissa Bihary's impressive career includes roles such as Vice President of People and Organizational Effectiveness at HarbisonWalker International and Director of Talent at Dover Fluids, a division of Dover Corporation, where she oversaw organizational development, training, and succession planning for 65 manufacturing locations and 8,200 employees. Her rich career history also includes significant positions at Kraft Heinz, as well as senior HR roles at prominent companies like GE Aviation, International Paper, and Ford Motor Company.
