Renata Andres has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Europe at The Greenbrier Companies, a leading global supplier of rail transportation equipment

and services. In this role, Renata will oversee HR strategies across Europe, driving initiatives in organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement.  

She will focus on strengthening workforce engagement, attracting top talent, and building robust leadership pipelines to drive strategic growth. Her efforts will be pivotal in aligning the company’s HR functions with its vision as a global leader in rail transportation equipment and services.   

Renata brings over two decades of distinguished HR leadership experience to Greenbrier, marked by her ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster organizational growth. Her long-standing commitment to innovation and excellence has established Reneta as a trusted leader in the rail industry.  

Professional Journey of Renata Andres   

Throughout her career, Renata has led large-scale HR transformations to enhance organizational efficiency and employee engagement, and managed complex labor relations across diverse regions. At The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, she held key roles, including HR Director for Eastern Europe and Emerging Markets, managing complex HR operations across Europe and the Middle East. She drove transformative initiatives and fostered inclusive, high-performing cultures.  

Previously, she held leadership roles at Akzo Nobel Coatings and Uponor, implementing strategic HR initiatives to support global growth. Starting her career at TC Debica as HR Director, she introduced innovative HR practices that transformed Poland’s business landscape.
