Francine Katsoudas is Cisco’s Chief People Officer, in addition to being one of the networking giant’s strategic visionaries. She has not only led to several innovations in the company’s workforce strategies but also herself cycled through a diverse spectrum of roles within the company, including customer service and acquisitions integration. Francine is a veteran at Cisco, having served for more than two decades and having led transformational growth in the company. Prior to Cisco, she has worked in professional services and financial services industries.
