John’s two-decade-old career at the Hospital Corporation of America has seen this star CHRO rise from the AVP of recruitment to business leadership. From talent acquisition and employee relations to compensation and benefits administration, John bears the entire Human Capital Management at HCA on his capable shoulders. Prior to HCA, Steele has served in Alcon Laboratories and Electronic Data Systems.
