With 25 years of experience across all HR verticals, Dr. Deshpande will aim to take Soft Polynomials into top revenue producers.

Academically, Dr. Deshpande holds a Ph.D. in Management, an M.Phil in Electronics, and an MBA from Harvard, highlighting his commitment to both practical and theoretical aspects of human resources and organizational growth.  

Based in Mumbai, Deshpande will aim to bring a strategic understanding of HR needs for businesses operating across different geographies and time zones, with expertise in organizational design and transformation, HR systems, leadership development, and mergers and acquisitions. His vast experience positions him well to drive both the people and growth strategies at Soft Polynomials.
