Mansi Mehta Joins Gypsy Moth as the Head of Human Resources

Mansi Mehta has recently acquired the position of Head of Human Resources at Gypsy Moth, a prominent fashion and lifestyle brand agency.  

Mansi Mehta brings with her 12 years of diverse experience in the field. Her star-studded career started in 2011 at Adept Global— a recruitment firm— leading a team of 16 professionals. Mehta even held positions at MullenLowe Lintas, affiliated with the IPG Group.

Before joining Gypsy Moth, Mehta served as a Senior Manager at The Glitch, in collaboration with VML Y&R, a part of WPP. At The Glitch, Mehta spearheaded strategic recruitment initiatives across various departments in Mumbai and Gurugram. Her extensive career also includes positions at MullenLowe Lintas, Adept Global, and 22Feet Tribal Worldwide.

In her new role at Gypsy Moth, Mehta will play a pivotal role in driving transformative HR initiatives, systems and tactics, supervising the work of HR personnel and providing guidance, ultimately shaping the overall HR strategy for the organization.

Additionally, she will be responsible for anticipating and mitigating litigation risks, monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards, offering data analysis and HR metrics to senior management, and formulating corporate plans for various HR domains including compensation, benefits, health, and safety, among others.
