An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and XLRI Jamshedpur, Mukul Mathur’s career spans over two decades of impactful HR roles across diverse industries. He began his journey with Ma Foi Randstad as Consultant-HRD and later, he moved to Hewitt Associates, serving as Regional Head-HR Delivery (North). Mukul has held pivotal HR leadership roles at Apollo International as AVP-Corporate HR and Reliance Capital as Chief Manager-Corporate HR. He even ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Maklin Corp, a SaaS platform for wedding venue solutions. Subsequently, he took on senior HR roles at HSI Group, where he was promoted to VP and Client HR Head, and later joined CJ Darcl Logistics as Head of HR.
