Waaree Energies Limited, India's leading manufacturer of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, has announced the appointment of Aniruddha Khekale as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Khekale joins the company at a pivotal moment as it seeks to maintain its position in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

Khekale is a human resources leader with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Business Transformation, including Digital Transformation, Lean, TQM and Six Sigma, Organisation Design, and Leadership & Talent. His expertise in leading numerous Expansions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Consolidation, Integration, and Cultural Transformation initiatives positions him as a key asset in Waaree Energies' growth strategy.
With an installed production capacity of 12 GW as of June 2023, Waaree Energies is on a significant growth trajectory. The company’s decision to bring Khekale on board underscores its commitment to strengthening its human resources strategy as it continues to expand.
