Nucleus Software, a provider of digital lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, has announced the appointment of Swati Patwardhan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new capacity, Swati will oversee Nucleus Software's global HR strategies, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will also include driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and ensuring that HR practices align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Swati Patwardhan brings over 19 years of extensive experience in Human Resources to her new role, encompassing areas such as Organization Development, International HR, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partnering. Early in her career, she had the opportunity to head HR for two of Godrej’s subsidiaries in South Africa and later in India. As an entrepreneur, Swati worked on transformation and process re-engineering projects. Before joining Nucleus Software, she was at Optum, part of United Health Group, where she led early careers, transformation, and talent acquisition projects across multiple geographies.
Her diverse experience and leadership in various HR verticals make her a valuable addition to the Nucleus Software team. Swati conveyed her excitement about the new role.
