Tenet Healthcare Announces New HR Leadership with Roshelle S. Appointment

Tenet Healthcare Corporation, a diversified healthcare services company headquartered in Dallas, has announced the appointment of Roshelle S. as the new Director of Human Resources.

In her new role, Roshelle will oversee HR functions including talent planning, trust-building, and organizational effectiveness. Her extensive experience in managing various HR functions will support initiatives affecting over a thousand employees and align human capital strategies with Tenet’s corporate objectives.

About Roshelle  

Before joining Tenet Healthcare, Roshelle served as the Regional Human Resources Manager — Corporate at Broward Health for two and a half years, where she played a key role in implementing HR policies and overseeing employee relations. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Broward Health for nearly three years, focusing on developing HR policies and improving employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, Roshelle gained experience as a Client Services Coordinator for Mayo Clinic at RightSourcing, where she provided essential HR support for about three years. She also worked as a Recruiter at TEKsystems for roughly two years, specializing in IT staffing solutions and talent management.

Roshelle’s move from Broward Health to Tenet Healthcare highlights her experience in promoting an inclusive culture and implementing strategic HR practices. Her bilingual abilities in English and Spanish will help her engage with a diverse workforce and support the creation of an equitable workplace. Her experience positions her to develop promising HR strategies that align with Tenet Healthcare’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services across its extensive network.
