Heidi Capozzi is presently incumbent as the Senior Vice President, Human Resource at Boeing and is the Executive Council member of the company. She joined the company in the year 2009. She is responsible for workforce planning, leadership development, compensation, training, employee relations, diversity initiatives, and benefits. Earlier, she has worked in the departments of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) - Airplane Programs division and Boeing Military Aircraft- Surveillance and Engagement (S&E) division. She was instrumental in the 787, 777, 767, 747, and 737 programs.
Prior to working with Boeing, Heidi has worked with TRW’s automotive and defense business and Northrop Grumman in various leadership roles related to compensation, communications, and human resources.
