Robin Leopold is the current Head of Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase & Co, leading the HR functions at the corporate and investment bank with the responsibility of overseeing all its major HR activities. She joined the bank in 2010, after having spent 20 years with the Citigroup. She started her career with the American Stock Exchange in 1996. Robin became the fourth woman on JPMorgan’s operating committee when she assumed her current position at the bank.
