Raghu Krishnamoorthy is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of GE. His role allows him to handle the overall HR activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Union Relations, and Security. He joined the company in 1994 as Human Resources leader of GE Capital, India and has served for over 20 years. Prior to joining GE, Raghu was associated with American Express and the Xerox joint venture.
