One of the few intense vocal champions of diversity, Susan Reid leads diversity initiative through inspiration and closely working with leadership, stakeholders and HR business partners to create a truly inclusive workplace. A native of Jamaica and a resident of New York, Reid is passionate about the cause of diversity and heads many diversity initiatives at Morgan Stanley. Susan has initiated and lead crucial programs like ‘Return to Work’ in her current leadership role.
