Ceree T. Eberly joined the Coca-Cola Company in 1990 and has been presiding in the position of Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President with the company since 2009. She also serves currently in various diversified portfolios such as Chair of the Board of Trustees, Oglethorpe University and AACSB International Business Practices Council. Moreover, she is a member of International Women’s Forum, Women Corporate Directors Global Organization, and Human Resources Global Leadership organizations like Personnel Roundtable, Corporate Leadership Council, and HR Policy Association.

Prior to working with the Coca-Cola Company, Eberly has worked as the Human Resources Director, Central America and Caribbean Division, San José, Costa Rica and Vice President, Corporate Business Unit, McDonald’s. She has also served as Group Human Resources Director, Europe and board member of many non-profits like Ronald McDonald House Charities and Habitat for Humanity.
