David J. Ayre is the Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, Nike Inc. and has earlier served as its Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President, Global Human Resources. He is instrumental in talent acquisition and development, infrastructure planning, retention, and inspiration for the employees globally of the Nike Brand and its affiliate organizations (Hurley International LLC, Converse Inc, Cole Haan, and Umbro Ltd.)
Ayre is currently also incumbent as the National Business Group on Health- Director. Prior to working with Nike, he used to work with PepsiCo for 15 years in the position of Compensation and Benefits- Senior Vice President where he was responsible for the plan design, administration, and policy setting.
