Umran Beba is presently incumbent as the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Senior Vice President at PepsiCo. She joined the company in the year 1994 and has played a number of roles and responsibilities with the company. She started working with the company in Turkey for Frito-Lay where she handled many positions such as Marketing Director, Director of Human Resources, and General Manager. Before her current position, she occupied the office of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the PepsiCo AMEA.

Umran has earlier served in the position of the PepsiCo President for the Asia-Pacific region spanning over 25 markets and 4400 employees; PepsiCo President for the South East Europe Region spanning over 14 markets like Israel, Greece, Turkey, the Balkans, and Cyprus; and General Manager- Business Unit for the East Mediterranean including countries like Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria.
