Kathleen Wilson-Thompson is currently incumbent as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. Prior to working in this position, she used to serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the company since the year 2010. Previously, she has also served as the Human Resources- Senior Vice President of the Kellogg Company between 2005 and 2009.

Prior to working with Walgreens Boots Alliance, Kathleen has worked with Vulcan Materials Company in the position of Director and with the Construction Aggregates in the position of Producer since the year 2009.
