Robert L. (Bob) Duffy is currently the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, Harris Corporation. He joined the company in 2012 and in present role; he has been instrumental in the leadership development, training, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. He is also responsible for the corporate relations, health, environmental, global security, safety, and communications/public relations.

Prior to working with the Harris Corporation, he used to work in various leadership roles with different companies such as the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) which he joined in the year 1998 and served in several operations of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Hamilton Sundstrand, Fire & Security, Pratt & Whitney, and Carrier. Other companies for which he worked are the James River Corporation and the Royal Dutch Shell. He has more than 25 years of handling human resources.
