John T. Lucas is presently incumbent as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He is instrumental in the implementation and development of the company’s global human capital strategy.
Prior to working with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Lucas has worked in different executive responsibilities of human resources with ConAgra Foods, Merck & Company, and Eastman Kodak Company. Moreover, he has worked with the Microsoft's Business Division in the position of Human Resources- General Manager. He is also serving as a member of the HR 50 and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Academy. He has helped his companies achieve the Most Admired for Human Resources by Fortune magazine.
