Tristram Roberts is the present Group Human Resources Director at Barclays. He has been serving in this position since December 2015. Previously, he was the Human Resources Director with the Investment Bank after which additional responsibilities of Barclays Non-Core was handed over to him and eventually he was given the present position.
Prior to working with Barclays, Roberts used to work with HSBC in the position of the Global Functions and Operations & Technology- Human resources Head and with Vodafone Group Plc. In the position of the Group Reward and Policy Director. He started his career as a partner in consulting with Arthur Andersen, KPMG, and Deloitte.
