Tim Crow is presently incumbent as the Executive Vice President, Human Resource, Home Depot. In this position, he is responsible for the different aspects of the human resource management for over 3,00,000 associates and 2,200 store support centers and retail stores. Previously, he handled the office of Talent, Performance Systems, and organization as a Senior Vice President.

Prior to working with the Home Depot, Tim used to work with Kmart in the position of Human Resources- Senior Vice President, with Sears, Roebuck & Co in the positions of portfolio related to risk management, accounting policy, and controller. He is also currently serving as the Human Resources Policy Association- Director and helps with the Health Care Policy Committee. Moreover, he acts as the American Health Policy Institute Board of Governors- Member and Make-A-Wish Georgia- Board Member.
