Susan Ormiston is the present Chief Human Resources Officer and the Senior Vice President of HR with the Avon Products Inc. She is instrumental in the organizational effectiveness which has been critical in turning around the company. She is also currently serving on the Executive Committee of the company. Earlier, she used to work with the company in different roles and responsibilities of different portfolio such as the Global Functions & HR Operational Excellence- Group Vice President and Senior Business Leads for different Global Functions such as PMO and HR strategy, Data Management of human resources, Senior Business Leads, Talent Acquisition, Operational Excellence, and HR Process.

Prior to working with the Avon, Susan used to work with New York Life International which is a global life insurer in the position of Human Resources- Senior Vice President and with IBM in different management roles of human resources.
