Denise Haylor is presently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Philips. She has vast experience across a wide range of spectra such as the rewards, talent acquisition, mergers, divestitures, HR discipline, talent management, engagement and culture work, organization design, and acquisitions.
Haylor started her career with Siemens in the HR department in the year 1988 after which she joined Motorola a decade later. At Motorola, she had a diversified portfolio with a number of responsibilities such as HR roles, HR Deputy Head for the Motorola Mobility business, and Corporate Vice President. She was instrumental in the Networks business divestiture and Motorola Mobility formation. She has also worked as Chief Human Resource Officer at Flextronics located in San Jose, California which she joined in 2011.
