Eric Severson is presently presiding as the Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Human Resources Officer with Gap. He also serves as the Felton Institute- Director. The institute is the largest and oldest nonsectarian nonprofit of San Francisco where he was instrumental in the people strategy. He helped with the management of the annual process of Chief Executive Officer- evaluation, management training, talent review and succession planning process, and leadership competencies.
He is a recipient of the Gap Inc. Founder's Award that he received for his exemplary work of 12 years at Felton Institute. At Gap, where he is working for 15 years now and his innovations led to the Fortune 500's enlistment for the first performance management system based on neuroplasticity and mindset psychology along with the world’s largest establishment of the Results Only Work Environment.
