Jacqui Principe-Canney is currently serving in the position of the Executive Vice President, Human Resource of the Wal-Mart Global People Division. She is in charge of talent retention and development. She joined the company in the year 2015 and has an experience of over 25 years in international human resources.
Jacqui is involved in the engagement of over 2 million associates worldwide and is aiming to deliver the best-in-class associate experience with the best training, education, and technology opportunities for them to reach the pinnacle of customer expectations. She also handles the maintenance of Walmart’s culture through the endeavors of Walmart’s Global Culture- Diversity and Inclusion Office. She reports to Doug McMillon- the President and CEO of the Walmart Inc. Prior to working with Walmart, she used to work with Accenture where she was responsible for the workforce transformation and strengthening the capabilities of the business.
