Jeanne Mason is the Vice President, Human Resources, Baxter International. She joined the company in the year 2006 and is responsible for the functions of global human resources comprising of leadership development and staffing. She is currently also serving as the Chicago Chapter of National Association of African Americans in Human Resources Member, Family Service of Lake County- Board Member, and the Executive Advisory Council- Board Member.   

Prior to working with the Baxter International, Mason used to work with the General Electric in different positions of leadership portfolios such as in human resources roles for GE Insurance Solutions and GE Capital Real Estate and GE Information Services for Europe. She has also served at the Washington, D.C-based US General Accounting Office.
