Karen J. May is currently presiding as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Mondelez International Inc. She has been serving this position since October 2005.

Prior to working with Mondelez International, May has served in the position of Human Resources- Vice President with the Baxter International since the year 2001. Since 2000, she served in the position of Human Resources- Corporate Vice President, from 1998 as the Global Talent Planning and Staffing- Vice President, and from 1997 as the International Finance- Vice President- all with the Baxter International. She has also worked with Price Water House Coopers in the offices based in Atlanta, New York, and Chicago offices. She has formerly worked as the MB Financial Inc. - Director, MB Financial Bank- Director, and the LSA Variable Trust- Director.
