Denise Young Smith is presently serving as the Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources at Apple where she joined in the year 1997. She reports to the Apple CEO Tim Cook and is accountable for top talent acquisition and retention. For over a decade she has handled the company’s retail organization. Before retail, she managed Corporate Employee Relations and Worldwide Operations teams of Apple. She like many other talented Apple employees has helped redefine the retail experience and has emerged as the reason behind satisfied customers around the world. 

Prior to working with Apple, Denise used to serve in the roles and responsibilities of HR management consulting expertise and offering talent to early-stage businesses such as Byers portfolio companies & Kleiner Perkins Caufield.
