Zhengrong Liu has been a Director of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Sustainability & Labor Relations and Member of the Executive Board at Beiersdorf AG since July 1, 2014. Mr. Liu is responsible for Human Resources. From 1998 to 2001, he served as Head of Human Resources at Bayer Group, China. From 2002, he served as Deputy General Manager of Bayer (China) Ltd. From 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Liu served as Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Bayer Polymers Asia Pacific. From 2004 to 2013, he served as a Group Senior Vice President of Human Resources at LANXESS AG. From September 2013 to June 2014, he served as Corporate Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Services at Beiersdorf AG.
