Jorge L. Figueredo presides as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, McKesson Corporation. He has been instrumental in diversity, talent acquisition, training, community relations, organizational development, corporate communications, branding, compensation, and benefits. 

Prior to working with McKesson, Figueredo used to work with Dow Jones Inc. in the position of Human Resources- Senior Vice President where he was responsible for the transformation of human resources department into a business function strategy. He also helped with the management of merger of Dow Jones’ with News Corp. He has earlier worked at Liz Claiborne where he last occupied the position of Liz Claiborne’s International Division- President. He was recognized by the Hispanic Business Magazine as one of the top 100 influential Hispanics.
