Darrell L. Ford serves as the chief human resources officer at Xerox. He achieved this position in the company along with the appointment as the senior vice president in December 2015. He is currently a member of many associations such as Human Resources 50, American Bar Association – Labor & Employment Section, the Society of HR Planning, and HR Policy Association.

Prior to joining Xerox, Ford worked for Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) since 2012 in the position of chief human resources officer and senior vice president. Even before that, he was human resources vice president at Shell Oil for the division of Retail and Lubricants and served as corporate human resources vice president at Honeywell International. Early on in his career, he has been in many job positions such as sales operations executive director AT&T Wireless.
