Charles Bendotti came on board the Philip Morris International, Lausanne as Business Analyst in the year 1999. He served in different cross-functional responsibilities such as Business Development and Marketing & Sales in cross-border markets of the world like Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, Canada, and Latin America from the year 2000 to the year 2006. After playing these major roles, he moved on to being in the position of the Managing Director, Bolivia & Ecuador post which he became the Vice President, Human Resources, Asia in the year 2012- the position which he presided on till December 2016.
