Mara Swan serves as the Executive Vice President of the Global Strategy and Talent at the Manpower Group. She has been serving this position, since January 2009. She joined the company in the year 2005 as the Global Human Resources- Senior Vice President. Earlier she has worked in different positions with the company such as global brand leadership roles in Right Management business.
Prior to working with the Manpower Group, Swan used to work with Molson Coors Brewing Company in the position of Chief People Officer for roles related to the global operations. She is currently also the part of the HR Policy Association and the Peer Round Table- Executive Committee and manages the Workforce 2020 Initiative of the HR Policy Association.
