Mike Bonds is the Human Resources and Labor Relations- Executive Vice President, United Airlines. He is instrumental in the corporate training, benefits, staffing, compensation, and labor. Additionally, he is responsible for information systems, technical operation, inflight, diversity, flight operations, international human resources, employee assistance programs, field services, and reservations. Moreover, he assists the worldwide corporate communications, creative services, public relations, and employee communications.

Prior to working with the United Airlines, Mike used to work with Ernst & Young for various audit positions for the offices located at Okla, Tulsa, and London. He also served at Continental in several leadership roles such as Human resources- Vice President, Vice President and Controller, and Corporate Development- Vice President. Before this, he used to work with American Airlines in the position of Corporate Accounting- Manager.
