Darke M Sani is the present Chief Human Resource Officer of Axiata Group Berhad. He has almost 26 years of robust experience in South Asia region and Malaysia in the industry of telecommunications and IT in the positions related to management consulting and leadership development.

Prior to working with Axiata Group Berhad, Sani has worked with many global powerhouses the likes of which are the Apple Inc. in the position of the South East Asia and India- Managing Director, with Digital Equipment Corporation which is a part of Hewlett-Packard now in the position of Managing Director (Singapore), and with Malaysia-based Maxis Communications in the position of Managing Director of Enterprise Business.
