Lynn became a member of BAE Systems in the year 2012 as the Human Resources- Group Director and as part of Executive Committee of the company.

Prior to signing up for BAE, she was the senior vice president for HR and Communications for Air Products, a worldwide industrial gases company in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She became a member of Air Products in 2004 as part of its Corporate Executive Committee and was accountable for the management and leadership of the Human Resources and Corporate Communications functions globally.Prior to joining Air Products, Lynn worked with IBM for 22 years and served in multiple HR leadership roles.

Throughout her career, she has been a part of business transformations, business improvement, leadership development and talent propagation initiatives, diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as employee engagement programs.
