Diane Gherson is presently incumbent as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, IBM. She has a wide experience in roles responsible for organizational transformations in the company through differentiated talent models, leadership, and the best talent acquisition.
Prior to working with IBM, Diane worked with Towers Watson- a consulting firm, as a partner managing the compensation practice for performance management. She has been named by HR Executive as one of the most powerful women of the year 2015. In 2013, she received a predictive analytics US patent and currently also presides on the board of directors the American Health Policy Institute and the HR Policy Association.
