Shen is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. She started working with the organization in November 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the industry of human resources. In her current portfolio, she has been instrumental in the talent acquisition, Group Human Resources policy, people strategy, developing training models, and leadership development. She is responsible for managing about 40,000 colleagues with the right support for diversity in the company culture.       

Prior to working with the Shangri-La Hotels, she used to work with the BMW Group located in China in the position of Human Resources- Vice President and with the Visa International in the position of Human Resources- Head supervising the region of Greater China.
